Here’s the menu for The Food Lover’s Cleanse Day 2. The day starts with oatmeal with cacao nibs and figs. If you sneak a handful of nibs as a "taste test," we'll look the other way. For dinner, be sure to note the timing for the braised lamb shank recipe—you'll need to prep everything at least 5-6 hours before dinner time. Your entire house is going to smell incredible. Trust us, it's worth it. For the confetti lentils, if you can't find French green lentils, that's okay, use what you can find. Just don't add real confetti, that doesn't digest quite right.
