GO HERE: for decadent Taiwanese-American food and laidback Bushwick vibes from chef-owner team Trigg Brown and Josh Ku.

ORDER THE: addictive roasted peanuts; tender fried eggplant; big chicken bun; "fly's head"; and sloppy bao. Honestly, you can't go wrong... unless you're on a diet, in which case we're sorry to say, you're screwed.

THE VIBE IS: perfect for a boozy dinner with friends. Kith-wearing scenesters mingle with parents-visiting-Brooklyn in the crowded, noisy dining room, and the staff is so fun and friendly, you'll want to invite them to join you for a drink.

THE NITTY-GRITTY: Open Tuesday—Sunday, 5:30 to 11 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. for brunch.

STILL HUNGRY? The fine folks at Win Son have shared some of their favorite recipes for you to try at home.
