So, the Nightline special on Iron Chef America did eventually air last Thursday--only one day behind schedule. As always, Alton Brown had the choicest comment regarding out-of-practice celebrity chef challengers who frequently cut themselves on the show. In fact, I recently taped an episode where one of the Iron Chefs lopped off the tip of his (or was it her?) finger. The battle went on but I'm not sure where the unintended "secret ingredient" ended up.
