Easter was my favorite holiday as a kid. I think it was the tradition of dyeing hard-boiled eggs that I looked forward to the most, ripping open the PAAS box and watching the tablets fizz in water--followed by days of egg salad. This year, with my daughters by my side, I'm coloring a dozen using natural stuff like beet juice, hibiscus tea, and blueberries. --Andrew Knowlton
