Griffin Sweet

Griffin is a NY-based brewing professional with a background in beer and winemaking. He spent the past several years working in the cellar at Grimm Artisanal Ales. When not actively making beer, he can be found sampling and blending through barrel aged beers in the warehouse. He enjoys traveling the world to experience their beer culture in his spare time. Griffin has been called a “super-taster” by his friends, which he begrudgingly acknowledges.
