Lauren has written about food and kitchen products for publications including the Chicago Tribune and The Hill. She lives in Oxford, UK, where she's embroiled in a years-long quest to find the best late-night fries and hummus. When she's not cooking, eating, or thinking about food, you can find her yelling in a punk band. She's currently writing and developing recipes for a zine about cafes with her illustrator girlfriend.
