Lauren Joseph
Lauren Joseph is a chef and food writer based in London and New York. She is a former Epicurious and Bon Appétit editor, and has also contributed to The Wall Street Journal, New York Magazine, Interview, and Architectural Digest. When Lauren isn't writing, she works in a London restaurant kitchen, as a private chef, and as a recipe developer. She has a culinary diploma from Leiths School of Food and Wine, and a Level II WSET.
