Ironically, the Guinness World Records book is lacking a title for "Guinness-flavored pudding that most resembles a pint of Guinness." The publishers should acknowledge this ingenious creation that we came across recently over at our sister site Epicurious. Chef Shane Coffey's chocolaty stout creation is the four-leaf clover of dessert: unusual and charming--and I'd feel very lucky to get one.
