WALL-E paints a grim portrait of robot-dependent humans too rotund and laggard even to clean up after themselves. Maybe Disney was right about us, because robotics engineers have designed a machine to squeeze ketchup on our hamburgers.
There is a silver lining beyond the robot's alloy chassis. If I'velearned anything from WALL-E and this video, even in an osteoporoticdystopia, robots are adorable.
