We recently spent the day at one of New York City's pioneering rooftop farms, Brooklyn Grange (which is, confusingly, in Queens). And like, wow. It was crazy (and a little weird) seeing sprawling rows of fruits and vegetables against the iconic skyline. Luckily, we got the grand tour of "The Grange" from co-founders Ben Flanner, Gwen Schantz and Anastasia Plakias, and even gathered eggs (yes, they have chickens), greens, and other snack-worthy provisions to end the day with a crisp glass of rosé and a hearty egg scramble.
