In honor of Sriracha Week and all things spicy, we were wondering how people react when they eat hot food. So we intrepidly headed to Times Square on one of the coldest days of the year to feed Thai bird chiles to strangers and capture their <del>responses</del> <del>tears</del> debilitating pain on camera.
