Ah, February: a month for history! Coziness! Unnecessarily heart-shaped things! Oh, and lots and lots of soup and stew, according to February’s top recipes. This month, our readers devoured bowl after bowl of rich (and vegan!) French-ish Onion Soup, forkfuls of hearty butternut squash parmesan, and three different types of Valentine’s Day desserts.
