    For those in the know, the Marksman’s Cookbook Dinner series is a terrific opportunity to taste dishes from a visiting chef’s most inspirational cookbook. Last fall, Claire Ptak cooked her favorite dishes from “The Zuni Café Cookbook.” For her final meal with Camille Fourmont and Bon Appétit’s Christine Muhlke, she took them to experience Lyle’s chef James Lowe channeling Marcella Hazan’s “Classic Italian Cooking.” Here, some prosciutto with peppered cantaloupe to start.
