This past weekend, Our Fearless Leader Adam Rapoport attended the wedding of Mitchell Davis (the executive VP of the James Beard Foundation, a cookbook author, and a Twitter user) and Nathan Goldstein. And as he put it, they were not, uh, messing around when it came to the foie. It's hard to think of a better way to celebrate a wedding than the union of goose liver and duck fat!
