It's no secret that our very own Bon Appetit restaurants & drinks editor Andrew Knowlton knows a thing or two about eating and drinking, so it makes sense that he'd host Uptown/Downtown, a bar crawl of sorts that went down yesterday at Vegas Uncork'd. Along for the ride was
Scott Conant, Chopped judge and owner of Vegas spots D.O.C.G. and Scarpetta. And, of course, about 60 strangers ready to throw back a few cocktails.
