We're rolling out a list of our staff's favorite burgers in America.
Starting today, we'll post a new burger on Facebook every day until all our editors have had their say. When all is said and done, we'll have a list of the glorious combinations of juicy meat, toasted buns, and tasty toppings have managed to lodge themselves into our culinary memories. Plus, we'll have one heck of a roadtrip checklist, from New Milford, CT to Sandy Springs, GA, from the lavish to the low-brow.
First up to bat is BA Food Editor Hunter Lewis, who picked Sid's Diner in El Reno, OK: "Sid's has the ultimate crust to juiciness ratio, and the browned onions smashed into the patty are griddle-fried genius. I'll take three, please."
