Ingredients: 2½ cups All-purpose flour; ½ tsp. salt; 1 cup (2 sticks) Tillamook Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter, chilled and cut into small pieces; ½ cup sour cream; ½ cup ice cold water; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 2 crisp apples (Gala or Honeycrisp would be ideal), peeled, cored and finely diced; ¼ cup sugar; ¼ tsp. cinnamon; ⅓ cup (1 oz.) finely diced Tillamook Sharp Cheddar; 1 tsp. fresh thyme; 1 tsp. honey; 1 egg; 1 tsp. water
