Normally in our Friday Happy Hour series we give you a drink to make *right now--*to take the edge off the work week and all that. But this cocktail also happens to be the (over-used-word-but-true-in-this-case) *perfect* drink to serve at your Oscars viewing party. It's chic, it's gold, it goes down easy. (Hey, some people get emotional over these wins and losses and need an apple-garnished shoulder or two to cry on.)
