This recipe came to us from Fergus Henderson of St. John restaurant in London. Here the chef combines little gem lettuce, roasted tomatoes and anchovies in a salad that sings of a fast-approaching summer. The dish errs on the lighter side of fare that Henderson is known for, and would be a welcome addition to any meal--even ones without chicken livers and oxtails. --Andrew Luzmore
