This is a decidedly healthy brunch menu: no bacon, no alcohol, no caffeine. (We've thrown in some sugar and a tad bit of butter, though.) Why? Well, we assume that many of you will be grilling this weekend, enjoying all kinds of meat-tastic dishes. On top of that, there will likely be cake. And on top of that, a few pints of a nice summer brew. And you should have it all! But think of this as your cleansing meal: Greek yogurt, the best berries of the season, cornbread, iced hibiscus tea.

Ginger Yogurt with Berries and Crunchy Caramel (pictured)

Zucchini Cornbread

Hibiscus Agua Fresca
