You've got a few pumpkins sitting on your front stoop... Go snatch one and bring it into the kitchen. (Or, if you don't have any pumpkins, buy a butternut squash from the grocery store, instead.) Then cube it and stew it in a slew of spices (turmeric, cumin, curry leaves) and you'll have a pretty darn luxurious vegetarian dinner tonight.
