Tomato, Mozzarella and Thai Basil Crostini

Aside from grilling the bread, this crostini (crostino?) is a no-cook recipe. Just combine the non-bread ingredients in a bowl, let them do their thing for 15 minutes, and then spoon the mixture over said bread. We won't tell if you eat seven slices as dinner. Hey, just think of it as a healthier alternative to pizza.
