To-MAY-to. To-MAH-to. Fruit. Vegetable. Whatever. Point is, we've missed them.

After months of tomatoes as pleasant as wet socks, they have just started their delicious return to farmer's markets. And so, this no-fuss frittata is our Saturday brunch pick. Pair it with a chilled wine.
