Lemon cake is such a classic; it can't possibly be tastier than it already is. Unless—UNLESS!—you put some more interesting things in it. Like raspberries, or pistachios. Hey! How about both? How about soaking it with a lemony syrup, too? Things don't have to be bad to be better.
