Forget Pie (for a Minute) and Make Some Rhubarb Cake

We like rhubarb pie a lot (BA’s Best Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, anyone?) But sometimes we like to switch it up. So thank goodness for rhubarb cornmeal crumb cake. It’s everything we never knew we needed.
