We Love Steak Salad So Much, We Kinda Wanna Marry it

We love steak all the time, but we love it extra tonight in this salad with caraway vinaigrette and rye croutons.

Remember when we were young and we'd say to our siblings, "If you love it so much, why don't you marry it?" (Kinda like this, only a little less creepy. Still, the general idea is there).

ANYWAY. That's how we feel about this salad. We love it so because a perfectly seared hanger steak is always a good choice, and also because, let's be real: We'd eat croutons any day, any way. These homemade versions are bursting with seeds and are just the right amount of chewy-crunchy. We love it because spicy mustard greens and sweet honey are the perfect balance of flavors, and we love it because we're going to make it tonight and eat the whole darn plate. We're not shopping for save the dates just yet, but hey—anything could happen.
