Some days are just too hot for ovens. This crust stays in place with a healthy dose of Nutella and a good chill in the fridge; the coffee ganache filling does require some steeping, but then, again, gets chilled; and the meringue? Whip it good.

So keep the ovens off until next week--but we won't object to a S'mores-friendly campfire. --Nina Wolpow
