The leaves of dried rubbed sage are only slightly crumbled, not completely ground, so the flavor will last longer than sage that's been
finely ground (which can acquire a stale, musty flavor). Look for it sold in bottles or bags in the spice section. Store all dried herbs in a
cool, dry place for no more than 6 months.
