If Portland is looking for a mascot, we think we've found it. It's a fixie bike made entirely of food.

You can't ride this photogenic fixed-gear bike (though we would love to see a video of someone trying), but you can eat the entire thing. Here's what it's made of:

The comestible contraption was rigged and photographed by two Swedes, a still life photographer named Fabian Ohrn and an art director named Joakim Hedblad. Based on the "lots of olive oil" part, we're guessing it's been slicked up to make it look metallic. A neat idea, even if they could have accomplished the same effect with a lower-grade oil and saved the EVOO for dressing their victory salad of foraged Swedish greens.
