This red blend of Cabernet Merlot

is the perfect pairing for a steak, a carne asada,

have the cherry notes, plum,

raspberry, and nice medium to high tannins

that I know is gonna go perfect with a carne asada dish.

And the McBride Sisters are among the best in the world.

This is a delightfully elegant wine.

What's some of my best advice as a sommelier?

One of my favorite sommelier tips

is definitely remembering to swirl in your mouth,

along with in your glass.

Allowing the wine to actually hit all the layers

of your mouth is very important for being able

to gather the structure of the wine,

Making sure that you aerate the wine,

not just only in your glass,

but also in your mouth,

so that you can have the full expression,

everything from acid to tannins.

And of course, the flavor profile

and the length of the wine is gonna tell you a lot

of information about what we're drinking.

So my next tip is less about wine,

but it is for all the red wine lovers.

I've been waiting to show y'all this.

I see where you got the new collab incorporated.

A nice midnight labeling on the McBride Sisters Red Blend,

which pairs perfectly with the Colgate

Optic White overnight pen.

I love red wine.

I love working with red wine.

And y'all saw how I was swirling the wine in my mouth.

The Optic White pen helps me keep my smile bright.

I put it on at night after I brush my teeth

and it gets rid of years of stains.

It couldn't be easier.

One more tip would be, don't be afraid to explore wines

with food you wouldn't think to try together.

Most people think that fish is for white wine,

and then only like steak and red meats is for red wine.

I don't know who started this rumor.

Salmon goes perfectly well with a nice bottle of Pinot noir.

Everybody at the table can enjoy that same bottle of wine.

Go for it, try something new and try a new pairing.
