My name is Daniel Boulud

I am a chef restaurateur and

a Global Culinary Ambassador to Celebrity Cruises.

I became a chef for the love of food.

I grew up on the farm and

food was an important topic.

So, I think it gave me the opportunity to dream,

to cook one day.

For me to be associated with the finest company

in the cruise industry it's really an honor and

to be able to share our value for hospitality.

The chef's table menu on Celebrity is a menu,

will represent the cuisine of my restaurant.

You start with the best ingredient and

keep it simple, keep it tasty, keep it seasonal.

To me every dish sort of represent maybe

a destination somewhere in the world.

In a country where maybe that dish is more emblematic.

The cuisine at restaurant Daniel is

about taste, it's about presentation, it's about balance.

Everything has an important role to play in the dish.

Like music, I think it evolve as it play.

The challenge to work with Celebrity in a way

is very compatible with the challenge I give myself

with the cuisine we make in all our restaurants.
