Coconut and Avocado Margarita

Can we start over?
[laughs] Good.
[air whooshes] Hi, I'm DeVonn,
and today I'm gonna show you how to make
a Healthyish avocado margarita with Don Julio Blanco.
I'm gonna start by assembling the chili-salt mixture.
We have the margarita salt, and then,
the chili is really important, because it just
adds smokiness, the spice, and then
a bit of color to the salt rim.
Add the lime zest. And the lime juice is just there
to help the salt stick to the rim.
You get that mixed into the bowl.
Wiggle the glass into the salt mixture,
and then we have a rim assembled.
[air whooshes] The next step
is to blend everything together for the margarita.
We must start by opening up a few of my limes,
two cups of the Don Julio Blanco into the blender.
[tequila pours]
Two cups of coconut water, three quarter-cups of agave,
[agave pours]
one cup of lime juice.
Then we're gonna use two whole, pitted, skinned avocados.
Give it a cover.
[blender whirs] [lively dance music]
Give it a look to see.
Looks and smells amazing, it's got great color.
And then the next step is just to pour it into the pitcher.
Ice for the glass, and then the cocktail.
[margarita pours]
Gonna add the lime wheel to the rim.
[lively dance music]
Really good.
I recommend it to everyone.
The Healthyish avocado margarita
with Don Julio Blanco, I, for one,
think it's the most iconic cocktail
for summer, maybe even winter.
So good, can't wait for y'all to try it at home.
Let me know how it goes.
