How to Sear Your Toast so It’s Extra Crispy
Released on 03/14/2016
So this is like really my favorite way to toast bread
because you can get like a really good hard toast
on one side like as opposed
to putting it like into a toaster.
This way with like more fat on the bread.
You can really bring a piece of stale bread back to life
If it's even pretty stale.
Yeah
I'll just like put a little bit of water on the bread.
Yeah, totally, totally.
And then like give it a good long toast.
It like really does wonders
and it's so much more beautiful.
And then it's not gonna be soggy
because you're gonna get such a good long toast with fat.
Totally, it takes a lot longer to toast bread this way
but it's really worth the extra effort and you can see
it's starting to get like a really nice full crust.
So good.
So much fat.
(laughing)
Fat on fat on fat on fat.
All the fat.
All the fat.
A lot more fat.
(laughing)
