So one of my favorite things about coming to Mexico
is the street food.

Look, check this out.
Okay.
So it's actually a tamale, inside a piece of French bread.
So this is basically morning street food.
These are called tortas de tamale in Mexico City.
[speaking in a foreign language]
in the state of Hidalgo.
It's pork and salsa verde which is pretty amazing,
I love that.
The masa is really fresh, it's really soft.
I mean, gosh, it's carb on carb on pork.
Amazing.

Gracias.
And this is a Mexico City equivalent
of bacon, egg, and cheese.
This is shoulder, chorizo, egg,
guacamole, nopales, queso, hamon,
basically on a kind of a soft French bread.
That's a good hangover cure.
Quick, easy, you can get them at any stall,
any time, day or night.
When I come to Mexico, that's all I wanna eat.
Just street food.
I think it's probably the best thing there is to eat.
Right now, I need to get some fruits into my body.
Gracias.
