[Andy] Hey guys. Today we're making BA's
best Caesar salad. We're going to be using romaine hearts.
I'm making a really creamy and delicious
anchovies dressing and homemade croutons.
First things first, we're going to make our Caesar dressing
and we're going to chop some garlic.
To that we're going to add six anchovies.
We're gonna add a pinch of salt
and we're gonna chop until if forms a paste.
Scrape this into a bowl.
I'm gonna add two egg yolks, three quarters
teaspoon mustard, good squeeze of lemon juice
and we'll give it a whisk.
Then we'll start streaming in some oil.
I'm gonna go really high so I have more control.
You see it's slowly getting thicker and thicker.
And now we're gonna stream in some olive oil,
which I don't have.
Two tablespoons olive oil and then we're gonna
stir in three tablespoons of finely grated parmesan.
Season with salt. Season with some pepper.
Now we're gonna make some croutons.
We want it to kind of be torn rather than cut,
so it has these nooks and crannies
that will be really nice and catch the dressing.
Three tablespoons olive oil.
Season with salt. Little bit of pepper.
I got big
(banging noise) bowl. Is that too loud?
I'm gonna transfer the dressing here. Lovely romaine hearts.
I'm going to add our croutons
and then we're going to toss with our hands.

I'm gonna add a bit more salt and a good amount of pepper.
I like big long strands.
Now we're going to plate up.
I'm gonna top it with a little bit more cheese.
Okay, I can't resist. I'm gonna get eating.
