GO HERE: for delicious crepes that you don’t have to eat on the street. This Marais favorite marries the best ingredients from Brittany (butter, buckwheat, salted caramel, cider) with Japanese refinement (yuzu, ginger, the occasional seaweed filling). No wonder it’s packed every day for lunch.

ORDER THE: buckwheat crepe with smoked herring and Saint-Malo potatoes; dessert crepe with banana and salted caramel; any of the ciders on the menu.

THE VIBE IS: hectic. Locals love it, but so do tourists.

PRACTICAL STUFF: Open continuously from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday. Book for lunch, or put your name in and then shop the Marais. Speaking of shopping, the nearby Breizh Épicerie sells Bordier butter, buckwheat cookies, and other Brittany-inspired delights.
