Most Philly visitors love this hotel’s proximity to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell; we’re psyched that it’s within walking distance to High Street on Market, Khyber Pass Pub, Zahav, and Menagerie Coffee. (There’s also great shopping on nearby 3rd Street.) The LEED-certified Kimpton property has decor that’s quirky without going overboard (hope you don’t mind the occasional animal print!), free bikes to get around town, and complimentary happy hour in the lobby from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

PRO TIP: The corner spa rooms are the best in the house, with a Japanese soaking tub and a view of the Liberty Bell.
