Noah Kaufman has been writing about food, cooking, and eating it since 2013. Before joining Bon Appétit and Epicurious, he worked as an editor at Food & Wine and Conde Nast Traveler. He heads up the in depth product testing and the never-ending search for the very best kitchen equipment. His own testing often focuses on coffee and grilling, but his kitchen is regularly overflowing with small appliances, knives and cookware. In 2021, Noah decamped for the New Jersey suburbs with his wife, young son, two dogs, and, more recently, his daughter. Of those five, three are currently interested in eating what he cooks.
