While studying abroad at a culinary academy in Parma, Italy, Alyssa Dattoli was drawn to the art of making fresh pasta and started her culinary journey as the pastaio (pasta maker) at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Viterbo, Italy.

Upon her return to the U.S. nearly three years ago, Alyssa sought a job at Eataly, hoping to spend each day doing what she is most passionate about: making pasta. Alyssa puts performance at premium with her FIAT 500X Crossover and as the manager of the Fresh Pasta counter at Eataly, strives daily to use pasta making’s long-established traditions to create inspired, modern masterpieces.
