At least that was the attitude the past couple of days in the BA Test Kitchen, where staffers from every department, from art to copy, were chopping and searing and baking. Because while your heritage turkey might have just arrived fresh via FedEx, lots of folks along the eastern seaboard are still roughing it due to Hurricane Sandy. One hundred of those people in the Rockaways, however, are going to get a real Thanksgiving if we have anything to do with it. And we do! Here's a peek at what we cooked up.
