Diverging from the traditional spread may be unheard or for holiday stalwarts, but Anita Lo's elegant menu is an easy sell. Asian ingredients--miso, ginger, and kabocha squash, to name a few--put a delicious spin on the traditional meal. Don't worry, the season's favorites are still present (cider-brined turkey with star anise and cinnamon, anyone?), so this modern menu could well become your new standby.
