We're all about tradition, but sometimes we like to shake up the holidays a little bit. Case in point: Anita Lo's Thanksgiving Feast from the East. Couldn't Passover use a reboot, too? We think yes. So we tapped chef Missy Robbins of New York's A Voce to give the classics a welcome Italian spin. From gnocchi made of matzoh to a roast chicken with Mediterranean flair, this menu will be the reward at the end of the Haggadah. See? We're not messing with tradition too much.
