Our Vegas Uncork'd event is always an epically great time, but this year was special. For our 10th anniversary of living it up on (and off!) the strip, we went big. We teamed up with Southern Wine and Spirits and Chase Sapphire Preferred to throw a weekend jam-packed with boozy brunches, cooking classes from star chefs, incredible dinners, cocktails, and generally more food than anyone should responsibly consume in a single weekend. Ah, the things we do for our jobs. Behold: The highlights.

    The Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis at Caesars was transformed into a free-for-all with samples of wine, cocktails, and food from over 50 restaurants and chefs. Yeah, the sunbathers were mad we took over their turf but hey: We've never been ones to let anything stand in the way of a good meal.
