It's almost the freakin' weekend, and we're already thinking about a nice Sunday supper. Ashley Christensen, chef of Poole's Diner in Raleigh, NC, put together an inviting Southern menu for us: roast chicken, creamy rice grits, and a saute of late-summer greens. It's an elegant and hearty way to cap off the weekend. Or start it, really.
