Chef Christopher Kostow's Instagrams from His Takeover of the Bon Appétit Feed
Last week Christopher Kostow hijacked our Instagram feed and we're not complaining about it. The Restaurant at Meadowood chef has been quite busy, from cooking at the Southern Foodways Alliance's Potlikker event in Napa to styling dishes for a photo shoot—for his own cookbook. Even a relaxing day tending to emails becomes jam-packed when your desk is adjacent to a garden that provides all of the produce for your restaurant. So, here it is, a week in the life of Christopher Kostow.
