    Carrot Wellington and Teff Pancakes

    I'm eating at Narcissa on Sunday, which means I can finally have an informed opinion on that carrot Wellington dish everyone keeps talking about.

    And in the brunch hour: We're experimenting with Love Grain's Ethiopian teff flour pancake mix, highly recommended to me by Philadelphia food critic Trey Popp. The recipe calls for Greek yogurt, seltzer, egg, and olive oil.
