This riff on a Negroni should be served very cold; stir until you can barely stand to hold onto the shaker anymore.

ounces gin, such as Hendrick's

ounce dry vermouth, preferably Dolin

½

ounce Campari

½

ounce grapefruit liquer (such as Combier Créme de Pamplemousse Rose)

Grapefruit twist, for serving

    Combine gin, vermouth, Campari, and grapefruit liqueur in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Stir until shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
