Amidst all of the excitement and drama of the Olympics, we feel it's necessary to remind ourselves that just because we enjoy watching world-class athletes do their thing on TV doesn't mean we can eat like them. So we've taken this British classic and lightened it up by swapping out the traditional mash for butternut squash and favoring turkey sausages over pork. Serve them for brunch alongside some early morning coverage of the games and you've got the next best thing to being there. --Andrew Luzmore
