As proven by our recent Salad Week, greens can get pretty darn adventurous. And pizza, well, she's always open to innovation. With such similar personalities, we think the two make a good pair. Let's call this recipe their tryst. The super thin, crisp pizza is topped with marinated fig jam, sliced pears, goat cheese, and arugula. It's a salad. But it's a pizza. A sizza. Or a pizzalad. Or just eat it and we'll be quiet. --Erin Whitney
