As kids, we'd pour half a bag of Pop Rocks into our mouths, then promptly shut our jaws to feel the fireworks--the snap and pop reverberated into the depths of our skulls. The mysterious candy, rumored to cause instant death when paired with Coke (it doesn't), felt almost illicit. Now, as adults, we don't dabble in the domain of Pop Rocks anymore--unless, of course, they're worked into our Fourth of July desserts. That snap-and-pop is as festive as food gets, setting off a miniature pyrotechnics show in your mouth. We rounded up 10 of our favorite Pop Rocks desserts around the Web, from ice cream sandwiches to cake pops, that would be perfect for ending your Independence Day with a bang.
